What does a YokyWorks partnership provide?
- Our Education Specialists provide Tier 2/3 specialized intervention in foundational literacy skills that is explicit, systematic, sequential, and grounded in scientific research for students at-risk for reading failure, as early as kindergarten and grade 1.
- We offer professional development to early educators to expand their knowledge of best practices for early screening and intervention, improving the schools options' for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 based on the science of language and reading development.
- We help schools identify students at risk of reading difficulties with early literacy screenings, and provide the needed early intervention while training the school team to use the tools for smooth and effective implementation. This reduces and prevents reading failure for at risk students.
